Rick James

After graduating from college, Rick was the art director for Young & Rubicam in New York City. He is writer, campus speaker, and currently serves as the Publisher of CruPress creating ministry resources which reach hundreds of thousands of students throughout the United States.
Milton Massie
Milton knew at an early ago that God was calling him into full-time ministry. He became an hourly staff at the Agape Community Center (an inner-city ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ) in 1980 and has served there ever since. He met Cynthia in 1982 and they were married in 1984. He graduated from Chicago State University in 1985 with a degree in Business Administration.
Milton and Cynthia joined full time staff with Campus Crusade in 1986. Currently, Milton serves as the City Director for Here’s Life Inner-City/Chicago (the compassionate urban ministry of Campus Crusade). He serves a team of 9 full-time staff in Chicago and as a Regional Director for two other cities. Milton helps give national direction for Here’s Life Inner-City and speaks in various settings on behalf of the ministry.
In 1999, Milton helped to plant a church that currently meets at the Agape Community Center. He serves as one of the Elders of New Hope Fellowship, and teaches the adult Men’s Sunday school class. Milton has a passion to see people grow in their faith and especially enjoys small groups and one-to-one discipleship. He meets regularly with four young men and is currently serving church and ministry leaders through exposing them to training in discipleship in the urban context.
He sees himself as a bridge in three specific areas: to help the church live out God’s heart for the poor; to help the church live out God’s heart for believers to mature in their faith via establishing discipleship in the church as ministry rather than a program; and to challenge the Body of Christ to be intentional about building cross-cultural relationships to help promote biblical unity.
